This is what I need to be taking care of.
But it is Spring Break! We are hanging out in our pajamas today. We did try to organize our board games. Let me rephrase that. I did. This is what the boys did.
this for Breakfast (even for Maci Clare)
and this for Lunch (I did give sandwiches, too).
Now my children are peacefully watching "No More Baths" (a $1 thrift store find with a great message) and eating more apples (this time without the marshmallow cream).
So I am learning how good it feels to be able to say "yes" at least some of the time.
I'll let you know how the rest of the week goes.

It is fun to say yes once in a while....That's what I'll be trying to do nex week on our Spring Break!
Have fun the rest of your break (if you call it that)
Thanks for stopping by. It always helps to know someone else has dealt with the same thing.
i need to say yes more often. I am always fussing at them to clean up or to stop doing something. It feels like all I ever do.
How fun! We're coming over to your house. What's up with the marshmallow cream? Did ya'll eat it out of the jar or maybe with the apple? I've never heard of that.
Good for you! Hope you have a great end to your Spring Break week! Time flies when you are having fun.
PS Pajama days are my favorite:)
The kids dipped their apples in it. I got the jars at a local grocery store for 50 cents a jar and decided it might be a good dip. I was right. I ate it straight out of the jar. I really couldn't find any recipes except marshmallow cream fudge. Much too complicated for a lazy day.
